PestHelp helps connect consumers with independent pest-control providers serving their area. We are a connection service — not a pest-control company.
What we are
PestHelp is a consumer-facing connection service. When someone has a pest problem, the hardest part is often just reaching a provider who actually serves their area and can talk to them now. That is the problem we work on.
When you call the number on this site, PestHelp may connect you with an independent participating pest-control provider that covers your area. From that point on, your relationship is with that provider.
What we are not
PestHelp does not perform pest-control services, does not employ exterminators or technicians, does not inspect or treat properties, and does not set or guarantee pricing. We do not independently verify licensing, insurance, bonding or certifications for participating providers, and being connected through PestHelp is not an endorsement or a quality rating.
Where we operate
PestHelp currently focuses on Ohio and is built to expand to additional states over time. PestHelp does not maintain physical offices in the cities listed on this site. Availability depends on which independent providers currently participate near a given ZIP code.
How we make money
PestHelp may be compensated by advertisers or partner networks when a consumer call or request is connected to a participating provider. That compensation never adds a fee to what you pay a provider.
Honesty policy
We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, counts of technicians, response-time promises, certifications we do not hold, or urgency claims we cannot support. If a piece of information is not available yet, this site says so plainly rather than filling the gap with something that sounds better.
